Sean Hessey's men fought back from a goal down to beat Scarborough Athletic 2-1 at Farsley's Throstle Nest on Friday.
A crowd of 690 saw an injury time Daniel Mitchley winner break Seadogs hearts after a Warren Bellew pulled the mighty Mariners level with four minutes to go.
In winning the cup for a record fourth time, EVO-STIK NPL Premier Division Marine became the most successful club in the competition's proud history.
