With Gainsborough occupying the final play-off spot, four points ahead of Scarborough, and Bucks one point further adrift, victory or defeat in this game could be crucial with the seasons end creeping ever closer.
Should either side lose, and Trinity extend their four-match winning run at home to Marine, the gap between the three teams at the end of the weekend could be as much as eight points with seven games left to play.
In the race for the title, Farsley will look to preserve their two-point lead at the top when they visit a Bamber Bridge side without a win in their last nine games, while Warrington travel to Marston Road to play their second consecutive game against Stafford Rangers.
Slightly further back in the pack, South Shields will be hoping that their 14-day hiatus without a game won’t result in any rustiness as Hyde visit Mariners Park.
Meanwhile, Nantwich will be aiming to extend their winning run at home to three when they take on Grantham, whereas Basford travel to Wincham Park to go up against a Witton Albion outfit with four wins in six on home soil.
Elsewhere, Mickleover will be hoping to end their poor recent away form against a Matlock side that have won just twice in their last 10 games, Whitby welcome Workington to the Turnbull Ground and Lancaster put their three-game winning run on the line at home to 15th-placed Hednesford.
The match between Stalybridge Celtic and North Ferriby United has been postponed, with the league unable to comment further at this time.
