The playing pair stepped up following the departure of David Lynch earlier last month on an interim basis, and have now been appointed joint-managers for the Pitching In Northern Premier League 2021/22 season.
Blues’ chairman Stewart Fort said: “We’re delighted that Billy and Gaz are going to continue as the management team.
“They have done an excellent job since taking over in a caretaker capacity and we have every confidence in them continuing to do that.
“They are both vastly experienced – and still very good players – with a wealth of contacts in the non-league game which can only benefit us.
“They are both really keen to give it a go and start their management and coaching careers and we will give them our full support in trying to make this a successful season for the Blues.
“The support of the fans behind them and then team will be massively appreciated.”
Centre-back Priestley, 32, and midfield dynamo Stopforth, 34, both joined the Blues last summer.
