Rydel rejoins Radcliffe from Salford

Ben Rydel has rejoined Radcliffe on a short-term loan from Salford City.

The young midfielder joined Salford when he was 15, before signing as a first year scholar in 2019.

Rydel has captained Salford's Under-18 team on several occasions in the Youth Alliance and FA Youth Cup.

Early into the 2021/22 season, Rydel joined City of Liverpool on a month-long loan, contributing to their progression to the third qualifying round of the FA Cup with a fantastic free-kick.

Following this, he returned to his parent club and made his first team debut putting in a man of the match performance against Tranmere Rovers in the Papa John's Trophy.

He joined Radcliffe on a month-long loan three days later, scoring a free-kick to equalise the scoreline on his debut against Buxton.

Rydel rejoins Boro on another month-long loan spell.
