Seagulls swoop like Santa ...

By David Watters

The players, management and directors at EVO-STIK Northern Premier League Colwyn Bay have been helping to bring some Christmas cheer to youngsters at a children's hospice.

The Seagulls party are pictured delivering gifts at the Ty Gobaith children’s hospice in Conwy this week for the youngsters and their families who'll be spending the festive period there while being cared for.

The Premier Division club forged links with Ty Gobaith earlier in the year with a fundraising 10k fun run and have been actively involved in raising money for the charity since the start of the season.

Ty Gobaith is a member of the Hope House Children's Hospices group which offers specialist nursing care and a range of services including respite and end-of-life care at its two hospices and within the family home to children, young people and young adults from Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid Wales.

Counselling and advocacy is also provided as well as bereavement support to all children, young people and family members for as long as is needed.
