The promising young shot-stopper began last season in the Pitching In NPL Premier Division with Basford United before joining Frickley Athletic on loan.
He originally arrived at the Blues on a short-term deal in October, but his performances were rewarded with a new three-month extension.
Pierrepont did, however, feature for Basford in their 1-1 draw with Stalybridge Celtic in December, picking up the Man of the Match award in the process.
His capture signals the continuation of Sheffield’s recruitment drive following the recent arrival of Worksop Town defender Adam Watson.
Manager Ryan Cresswell said: "Jordan is a promising young goalkeeper. I've had a lot of people talk to me about him and I'm excited to see him develop this season, as I think he has a good future in the game."
