Six Warrington players make switch to Welsh football

Josh Amis, Evan Gumbs, Eddie Clarke, Mitch Duggan, Jordan Buckley and Jack Mackreth have all made the move to Welsh football in order to receive game time, Warrington Town have confirmed.

Striker Amis, who scored the winner against South Shields in the 2019 play-offs for the Yellows, joins Gumbs, Clarke, Duggan and Buckley at Flint Town United.

Winger Mackreth has joined Bala Town.

Both teams feature in the Welsh Premier League.
