Sorhaindo bolsters Brighouse front line

Brighouse Town have signed striker Laurence Sorhaindo from Silsden.

Sorhaindo, 23, is a product of the Bradford City academy and scored 12 goals in 22 games last season.

He will link up with Brighouse for pre-season training this week, having recovered from ankle ligament damage which ended his season a fortnight before the coronavirus pandemic shut down all football.

Manager Vill Powell has also agreed a deal with young centre-back Harrison Beeden, who was released by Rotherham United earlier this month and spent time on loan at the Yorkshire Payments Stadium last season.
