Basford United are offering cut price admission on Saturday to boost the crowd for their big EVO-STIK League clash with Spalding United.

The EVO-STIK League South leaders are running a special deal for students and families to see Martin Carruthers and his side take on the Tulips at Greenwich Avenue. Students can watch the table-toppers for just £1, with family tickets of £5 giving entry to up to two adults and up to two children.

Carruthers, who side are seven points clear, said: "Spalding are a very dangerous side and we were lucky to come away with three points at their place early October.

"The lads will need to dig deep again and show resilience like last week at Peterborough Sports if we are to maintain our promotion challenge and unbeaten league record."
