Sports Scale Snowdon

First Division North side to climb mountain for charity

Woodley Sports are set to scale Mount Snowdon as part of their fundraising activities for Francis House Children's Hospice.

Taking part will be the players right through from Youth team, the U23 side and the 1st team, all the coaches, the Management & even the board of Directors will be scaling the peak on Saturday 9th July in order to raise money for two fantastic charities, Francis House Children's Hospice & The Lung Foundation.

Climbing over 3,000ft with increased rugged terrain, this will be a great challenge for everyone, in particular the 'old men of the board' (Pete Ross & Dave Parsonage) and the 'Gaffer' Chris Wilcock, who will no doubt have his mobile glued to his ear throughout!
