Steels announce new signing

South Yorkshire club sign former Cameroon under-21 international.

Stocksbridge Park Steels manager Gary Marrow has captured the signature of Cameroon under 21 International midfielder Hegel Noubissie.

Noubissie who was a member of the Cameroon Olympic Team in 2004 has also been selected for the Senior squad on numerous occasions between 2001 and 2006. He won the Cameroon league title as player with Bafang Unisport Football Club and also competed in African Champions League with the same Club before moving on to FC Locarno in Switzerland, Ismaili Football Club in Egypt and Moroccan club Fath Union Sport.

Noubissie was voted best African player in the league while playing for New York Lions, he goes straight into the Steels squad for Saturday's FA Cup 3rd qualifying round match away at Droylsden Kick off is 3.00pm
