With heavy rain and plummeting temperatures predicted for the NPLFA's matchday 11 programme and eight games scheduled in the Joma and Chyrso divisions, the EVO-STIK League's next generation of stars will be following social media from 11am for news on postponements and matches being moved to 3G facilities.
Despite bad weather also blighting last week's action, the NPLFA's coaches and students have been enjoying the latest edition of their online highlights show since the weekend after producers from professional filming and analysis company FilmMyMatch focused on the games that went ahead.
FilmMyMatch have been covering the students every Wednesday since the start of their campaign for the second season in a row thanks to their partnership with the NPLFA to provide professionally film footage of the NPL Youth League's two divisions.
Established in 2012, FilmMyMatch use the latest technology, including extendable tripod technology and high definition cameras, while their in-house team of performance analysts run the rule over every match, providing coaches and players at the NPLFA with the opportunity to improve performance throughout the season.
The NPLFA was founded with the backing of the Football Association at five pilot clubs in September 2014 to provide career pathways into the football industry with youngsters studying on two year BTEC courses.
Still the only league-wide academy in English football combining sport with education and expanded to 12 members clubs, the NPLFA now offers its fourth intake of students the chance to continue their education to degree level after teaming up with Loughborough College this summer to launch a new higher education partnership.
