The Charter Standard

By James Gordon

The Northern Premier League is proud to be an FA Charter Standard league.

This season, The FA have introduced an interim criterion that will support member clubs and teams in continuing to uphold values that appeal to players, coaches, officials and supporters.

The criteria will give volunteers in key roles access to information and education to help support them and give new or returning coaches added confidence to keep football safe, fun and inclusive for all their players.

There are also resources available for non-accredited clubs, such as access to free kit and equipment, free online education courses and support with pitches and facilities, to help raise standards further.
