Tom Ruffer follows father's footsteps in joining Runcorn

Tom Ruffer has followed in the footsteps of his father, Carl, after signing a deal with Runcorn Linnets.
Tom has impressed during his trial at the club, and follows his dad in representing Runcorn.
Former Runcorn AFC centre-back Carl Ruffer captained the former club with distinction in the late 1990s.
Tom has also starred as a regular marksman in the successful Youth side at Chester FC.
