Trinity experience for Doncaster full-back

Gainsborough Trinity have signed full-back Branden Horton from Doncaster Rovers on a work experience loan.

Horton, 18, plays on the left side and was handed squad number 35 by the League One club this season.

Lee Sinnott said: "He will bring something a little bit different to what we already have down the left-hand side, and it goes to show the positive relationship we are building with the local clubs around us, especially with how we have helped young Marcus Dewhurst in his development, recently."

Horton will push Ben Gordon for the left back jersey. He will continue to train within the Doncaster setup but will link up with the EVO-STIK League Premier Division side for training and matches.
