SENIOR ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
Full-time – 38 hours p/w and home based.
Starting salary - £16’500 - £18’000 (on experience)

The Northern Premier League is an FA Charter Standard competition comprising of 62 semi-professional football clubs, covering Northern England and the Midlands. This will increase to 82 clubs from Season 2020/2021 with the addition of a new division at Step 4 of the NLS.

Following the departure of Judy Henson who leaves us at the end of the month to take up a new challenge, we are looking to recruit a motivated and dependable individual with a desire to build a career in football administration to join its team in the position of Senior Administration Officer.

The post holder will work closely with the General Manager and other Officers in a highly effective team, providing support and guidance to its member clubs.

The Senior Administration Officer will be expected to take on a variety of responsibilities including player registrations, fixture planning and re-arrangements. This will require a high standard of interpersonal, numeracy and IT skills.

An understanding of League rules and procedures around player registrations and transfers would be advantageous although full training will be given. Applicants should have a sound knowledge and experience of working with web sites and social media applications.

Flexibility is a key requirement as the individual will be required to regularly work outside of normal office hours to meet the day to day operational requirements of the League.

Applicants should be car owners with a clean driving licence.
