Quaynor, 30, has previously had spells at Stourbridge and Coleshill Town.
He told the club’s official website: “For me it was a easy decision as I know the club is on the up.
“When I knew Paul Smith was interested there was only one outcome having played under him before. A big factor is also getting the club back to where it belongs, and the quality of the lads already there.
“For me a new challenge was needed and I felt this was the right move for me. Can’t wait to meet up with the team and fans, I am sure we are in for an exciting season. Buzzing to get started."
Manager Paul Smith added: "Josh has been top drawer for his previous club for a number of years.
“He, alongside Nathan Hayward were stand out performers last season at step 3. It’s another fantastic new signing for the club, and I’m very happy with how the squad is shaping up.''
Meanwhile, the Yeltz have confirmed the departure of midfielder Robbie Bunn.
Goalkeeper Daniel Platt, Simeon Cobourne and Richard Gregory have all re-signed for 2022/23.
