Neil Young’s side bid for a FA Cup First Round Proper appearance for the first time in 25 years since playing Shrewsbury Town at Gay Meadow in 1995, but face tough opponents in National League North side Chester - in which Young managed to three promotions as manager.
“It’s a massive game for everybody involved at Marine on Saturday, but one everybody is excited and looking forward to,” said Hmami.
“Preparation has been good all week, the lads are buzzing and we all can’t wait to get going on Saturday after a good week’s training.
“To get into the first round proper would be a massive achievement for everybody and one that would be a dream come true.”
Hmami scored a brace in the club’s Third Qualifying Round 4-1 victory over Pitching In Northern Premier League Premier Division side Nantwich Town, and is hoping to continue that form.
He added: “Scoring goals is something I would love to continue and hopefully I will. Priority for Saturday is just getting through to the next round so it doesn’t really matter who scores.
“They’re (Chester) definitely a tough opponent, but a challenge the lads are looking forward to.
“We know Chester are a great team and have a lot of quality, but on the day anything is possible.”
