All change at Hednesford Town

New Hednesford manager Nicky Eaden has been busy in the transfer market, signing seven players and releasing five.

First to arrive was 18-year-old defender Danny Lupano who links up with the Pitmen after being with Birmingham City most recently. Lupano, who can play all across the backline, signed for Blues in the summer after impressing at Solihull Moors.

Striker Kieran Wells has joined from EVO-STIK League East Division side Spalding United, while the experienced Shane Benjamin makes the switch from Stratford Town.

A third forward, Ashanti Pryce, comes in from Bromsgrove Sporting.

Former Coventry City and Mansfield Town right-back Lance Mayo, most recently with North Ferriby United, has signed, along with ex-Manchester City trainee Javan Vidal.

Vidal, 29, can play in both defence and midfield and arrives from Bradford Park Avenue.

Completing the new signings list is defender Jon Moran, who joins Hednesford on a one-month loan deal from Chester.

Meanwhile, the club has confirmed that Isaac Cooper, Rudy Misambo, Jed Davies, Andre Johnson and Romario Martin have all departed Keys Park.

In addition, midfielder Ryan Shaw left last week to return to his former club Boldmere St Michaels while although the registrations of Sufyan Zia and Mikey Nelson have been retained they aren’t training with the club and are unlikely to return to the Pitmen.
