Anstey Nomads' Conrad Logan crowned Step 4 Manager of the Month

For the second time this season, Anstey Nomads' Conrad Logan has been voted Step 4 Manager of the Month.

A stunning run of 11 straight wins to end the campaign saw Logan lead Anstey Nomads to NPL Midlands Division title glory.

That included five straight wins in April as Nomads overturned a two-point deficit to Carlton Town at the start of the month to end the season on top.

The achievement is all the more remarkable given former goalkeeper Logan, who had originally hung up the gloves in October, came out of retirement during the final weeks of the season.

Playing in each of their last seven games, Logan kept five clean sheets and conceded just twice.

The title capped off a truly remarkable season which saw the club go on their best-ever FA Trophy run, while Logan led the club to promotion to Step 3 with an 82% win percentage over the course of the season.

Beaten to April's award were Craig Elliott (Bradford Park Avenue), Alan Morgan (Bootle) and Grant Shenton (Avro).
