Choose your Northern Premier League Manager of the Month

Voting is now open for November's Northern Premier League Manager of the Month award!
There are four options to choose from, but who gets your vote?
DEADLINE: Voting closes at 9am on Friday 5 December.
Below, you can read why all four candidates were nominated, with the link to vote at the bottom of the page.
Gavin Hurren (Hednesford Town)
A flawless month saw Gavin Hurren's Hednesford win all six of their league fixtures.
Such form saw the Pitmen end the month four points clear at the top of the division.
Four of Hednesford's wins also yielded clean sheets too, with 14 goals scored across the month and just two conceded.
Craig Lynch (Morpeth Town)
Despite ending the month in the relegation zone, Craig Lynch has led Morpeth on a mini-resurgence in November.
The Highwaymen won all three of their home league fixtures and picked up a further point on their travels, ending the month with 10 points from the 18 on offer.
From starting November at the foot of the table, Morpeth have improved of late and now find themselves three points from safety with games in-hand on the two sides immediately above them.
Daniel Moore (Hebburn Town)
Ending November third in the table are Hebburn, who, like Hednesford, have won all six of their league games this month.
The Hornets' month started with a remarkable 8-0 thrashing of Warrington Town and continued in positive fashion.
With 22 goals scored in November and just one conceded, Hebburn have been the division's in-form side and find themselves just five points off top spot.
Considering they started last month 13th in the table, Hebburn's rise has been nothing short of impressive.
Ian Richards (Guiseley)
Nominated for the second month in a row, Ian Richards has enjoyed a solid start to life at Nethermoor.
From his four games in charge, the Lions have picked up eight points from a possible 12.
Starting the month in the relegation zone, Guiseley have risen to 15th and have seen a marked improvement in performance under former Stocksbridge Park Steels boss Richards.
With Guiseley's December starting with successive games against the two sides immediately below them in the table (as of December 2), there is further opportunity for Richards to lead his side away from danger and push towards the top half.
