Darlaston Town appoint new manager

Exodus Geohaghon has been unveiled as the new manager of Darlaston Town.
Geohaghon joins the club with a wealth of experience from across the non-league game and the professional pyramid.
The club say his arrival will bring "a strong presence, high standards, and a clear vision for how he wants his teams to play".
A commanding defender during his playing career, he represented a number of clubs across the EFL and National League system.
Geohaghon replaces Dean Gill, who resigned from his position as manager earlier this month after nearly five years at the helm.
He takes over a side currently 20th in the NPL West Division, three points from safety.
On the appointment, Geohaghon said: “I’m proud to be joining Darlaston Town. This is a club with real potential, a strong identity and a loyal fanbase.
"I’m looking forward to getting to work, meeting the players and supporters, and building a team that represents this club in the right way."
Darlaston Town chairman Ant Follows said: “We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Exodus to Darlaston Town. From our very first conversation, his passion, standards and understanding of what it takes to build a successful environment were clear.
"We believe he is the right person to lead us into the next phase of our journey, and we’re excited about what we can build together.”
