Familiar face makes Rushall Olympic return

Charles joined the club at the beginning of 2024 after leaving Nuneaton Borough.

Despite an injury-stricken start, he became one of the first names on the Pics' team sheet at the start of last season’s National League North campaign.

However, he left the club at the start of March and subsequently joined National League North side Ilkeston Town.

Charles featured eight times for the Robins at the end of last season as they finished sixth, narrowly missing out on the play-offs.

Manager Ian Long has expressed his excitement at working with the defender once again, saying: “Jaden has a wand of a left foot. He’s a player that is very good from set-plays and knows the club well.

“He’s joined late in pre-season, so he’s still got some work to get through, but he strengthens our squad again and I am delighted with this latest addition.”
