Leek Town boosted by dual arrival from Rylands
Leek Town have announced the signings of Callum Leigh and Tunde Owolabi from Warrington Rylands.
Central midfielder Leigh joins the Blues after a short spell with Rylands.
The former Rochdale and Oldham youth player has also previously featured for Bamber Bridge, Mossley, The New Saints and Buxton.
During his time at the Bucks in the 2024/25 season, he was loaned back to Bamber Bridge, but suffered a season-ending ACL and MCL injury in January 2025.
Leigh made his debut for Leek Town in their midweek 2-0 victory over Ashton United, featuring as a second-half substitute.
The club have also announced the signing of his former Rylands teammate, Tunde Owolabi, who joins on loan.
The 30-year-old Belgian striker is a vastly experienced operator at the non-league level, having featured for clubs such as Radcliffe, FC United of Manchester, Macclesfield and Southport.
Owolabi has also spent time in Scotland with Hamilton Academical and the Republic of Ireland with Finn Harps, St Patrick's Athletic and Cork City.
He was named in the starting line-up for Leek Town's clash against Ashton United on Tuesday, scoring the Blues' second goal on his debut for the club to secure them their fifth league win of the season.
