Lower Breck land midfielder with National League North experience

Dixon has been without a club in the semi-professional game since leaving Warrington Town midway through last season.

The 36-year-old boasts a wealth of experience from his time with the Yellows, having made just short of 250 appearances for the club over two spells.

Arriving in Warrington in 2018, Dixon helped Town win the Northern Premier League play-offs in his first season, before they were denied promotion by King's Lynn Town in a one-off 'super play-off'.

He remained a key figure for the Yellows, helping them go one step further and achieve promotion during the 2022/23 campaign before playing a starring role in the club's first season in the National League North as they finished 12th.

Dixon left to join Macclesfield in early 2024 but returned that same summer.

He becomes Breck's fifth signing of the summer, off the back of a positive debut campaign at Step 4 which resulted in an NPL West Division play-off finish.

Another former Yellow - midfielder Jak McCourt - became their first off-season arrival, with defender Will Lawson, forward Luke Gill and Lucas Wilson also agreeing terms with the club over recent weeks. 

In a statement confirming his signing, Breck said: "No stranger to those in non-league, Bohan has all the qualities you want from a player at this level.

"You won’t find a more comfortable footballer in possession."
