New NPL app and live league tables now available

You can follow all the games on a match day via NPL live, www.thenpl.co.uk/live, which includes a live ticker for all four divisions and updates on goals as they go in, substitutions, cards and line-ups.

The new NPL ‘app’ can be accessed by visiting the league website and following the instructions from the relevant pop up. This saves the NPL website to your home screen, and enables you to switch quickly between the news, live and fixture options.

Website providers Streamline Content continue to make improvements and fixes to the website as part of the NPL’s ongoing digital strategy.

Also added recently:

• Form column added to league tables showing each team’s last five match results (W/D/L), with the ability to hover over each to see the opponent.
• The live scores are displayed inline in the league tables, showing you the impact on the current scores to the overall league table
• Position change indicators are in place to show if a team’s league position has changed

As you may have seen from last week, we have now been able to bring back the ‘Saturday Transfer Movement’ list that used to be a regular feature on the site many years ago.

Thanks to the work of Registrations Officer Jack Evans, any players registered in the week up to the Friday 5pm deadline will now be listed in the player movement post each Saturday morning.
