NPL round-up | FC United maintain flawless start, Hyde score five and Cleethorpes' unbeaten run ends

FC United of Manchester surged to the top of the Northern Premier League table and made it four wins from four to start the season, defeating Guiseley 2-0 at Broadhurst Park.
The Reds, who have played a game less than the majority of teams in the division, won by a two-goal margin for the fourth successive game.
A third goal in four matches for Adam Le Fondre set Mark Beesley's side on their way midway through the first half, with Rudy Misambo's header making sure of the points 15 minutes from time.
FC United climbed above Rushall Olympic and Warrington Rylands, who both earned a point in their opening game of the August bank holiday weekend.
Rushall were forced to settle for a 2-2 draw at home to Stockton Town, despite the visitors playing more than an hour with 10 men after Jamie Bramwell's straight red card for a last-man foul.
For Warrington Rylands, a goalless draw at Stocksbridge Park Steels was enough to maintain their unbeaten start to the new season.
In total, there were five draws during Matchday 5 as Gainsborough Trinity's clash with Lancaster City ended goalless, and Workington and Ashton United played out a 1-1 draw at Borough Park.

The weekend's action started on Friday night with a 1-1 draw between Prescot Cables and Leek Town, both of whom moved onto six points as a result.
Saturday's biggest winners were Hyde United, who ran riot at home to Whitby Town.
Antoine Makoli and Jack Redshaw both scored twice for the Tigers in their 5-2 victory, while summer loan signing Lewis Rawsthorn also scored his first goal at the Project Solar Stadium.

Matty Tymon and Donald Chimalilo scored in response for the Seasiders, who fell to their second successive defeat.
Elsewhere, Bamber Bridge climbed to fourth thanks to a 2-0 home win over Ilkeston Town.
Kofi Moore and Jack Baxter scored in either half for the Brig, who have picked up 10 points from their opening five games.
Saturday's final two games saw first wins of the season for both Hebburn Town and Morpeth Town.
Hebburn were 2-1 victors at home to Cleethorpes Town, whose club-record 14-game unbeaten run in the Northern Premier League came to an end in the north-east.
Like Hebburn, Morpeth had lost each of their opening three games of the season but changed that with a 1-0 victory over Hednesford Town.
The only goal of the game came shortly after the hour mark, Will Dowling emphatically finding the bottom corner to earn his side all three points.
The action continues on Bank Holiday Monday as the majority of teams in the division play the second game of their August double-header.
