Ollie Southern swaps Warrington Town for Rylands
Warrington Rylands have announced the signing of full-back Ollie Southern ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The 23-year-old defender made 32 appearances for Warrington Town last season, departing the Yellows following their relegation from the National League North at the end of the campaign.
A former Manchester United academy player, Southern won a scholarship at Crewe Alexandra before making his senior debut at Curzon Ashton in 2020.
Southern joined Welsh Premier League outfit Bala Town in August 2021 and went on to feature 41 times, which included an appearance in the UEFA Europa Conference League.
The young defender will now switch allegiances to Neil Reynolds' Blues ahead of their opening fixture of the Northern Premier League campaign, with a trip to Rushall Olympic this coming Saturday.
