Roxburgh, 19, is the first signing from manager Curtis Woodhouse since taking charge of the club earlier this month.
Stockton born, Roxburgh has come through the ranks with the Terriers and has signed a 28-day loan deal with Marske, keeping him at the club until midway through December.
The young shot stopper has also had loan spells with Billingham Town and Brighouse Town.
He joins a Marske side in poor form, without a league win from their last six Premier Division games.
Marske will make a trip to Cantilever Park next for their match against Warrington Town, where Woodhouse’s side will hope for their first three points since the beginning of October.
