Harris, 26, began his career at Manchester City, progressing through their academy until the age of 16 whereby he moved to Blackburn Rovers U18 squad and then on to Wolverhampton Wanderers U23s.
The attacking midfielder has spent time abroad, moving to Belgium in 2016 to play for Belgian National Division 1 side Patro Eisden, and enjoyed loan spells at Trinidadian club Central FC.
Harris joined La Liga 2 team Burgos CF in 2019 before being loaned out to Real Burgos CF.
After six months in Spain, he was released from Burgos CF by mutual consent, with Harris desiring a move back home to be closer to his family following the birth of his child.
In September 2020, Harris joined Northern Premier League side Stalybridge Celtic making 37 appearances over two seasons for the Celts and scoring two goals.
On his new signing, Marine manager Neil Young said: “Callum is very good technically, particularly in the final third and will give us a real goal threat.
He has good experience in this League and I’m looking forward to him joining us.”
