Niall Towle returns to Basford after loan

Niall Towle has returned to Basford United following a loan spell at Corby Town.

The striker initially moved to Steel Park on a one-month deal but was later extended a further month.

The twenty-year-old played eleven times for the Steelmen and scored twice, including a wonder goal that went viral on a debut win against Hendon in the FA Cup Third Qualifying Round back in September.

He may be eligible for selection for the weekend’s trip to Ashton United in the Northern Premier League.

Towle arrived at Basford from Long Eaton United after scoring 42 times in all competitions throughout the 2019-20 season.
