The Boro are one of eight teams across all NPL levels who will feature in the second round of the FA Trophy. Because of this, just eight games will take place in the Premier Division.
Nevertheless, it promises to be a clash of the heavyweights at Gorsey Lane, with third hosting second as Worksop Town make the trip to Warrington Rylands.
The pair come into the weekend with the best defensive records in the division. Rylands having conceded just 13 league goals in 16 matches and Worksop, alongside Marine, have shipped just four more.
A win would take either side to within seven points of top spot.
Elsewhere, Guiseley could climb into the play-off spots when they travel to FC United of Manchester.
The Lions come into the game off the back of a thrilling 4-3 win over Workington last weekend and will be eager to extend their seven-match unbeaten run in the league.
Another of the top-half teams, Marine, are away at struggling Atherton Collieries, while Ilkeston Town travel to a Morpeth Town side keen to bounce back quickly from their narrow midweek defeat at home to Radcliffe.
Meanwhile, Bradford Park Avenue and Marske United will have their sights set on escaping the relegation zone this weekend.
Avenue visit last season's beaten play-off finalists Gainsborough Trinity, while the Seasiders welcome Lancaster City to Mount Pleasant.
All fixtures will take place on Saturday 18 November at 3pm, unless stated otherwise.
