Standing at 6’5, the 20-year-old has been with the Rams since U9s level.
He signed as a professional scholar ahead of the 2019/20 season and has gone on to progress through to their U23s squad.
The Polish national made his first team debut in February 2022, coming off the bench during their home victory over Peterborough United.
He went on to make a further three appearances for the Rams first team before the season’s end.
He has also been called up to Poland’s youth sides on multiple occasions.
The Gladiators say they fought off competition for Cybulski’s signature, with manager Craig Elliott expressing his delight at the capture.
“I tried to get him last week but it looked as if he was going to another club,” he said. “It came as a nice surprise when we discovered he was available.
“He’s a proper number nine, a good size, just what we need and he’ll be a massive asset.”
Gladiators chairman Jay Beaumont added: “We’re overjoyed to welcome Bartosz to the Proctor Cars Stadium. The signing is a big coup for us and we wish him the best of luck in his stay here.
“We’re also very grateful to Derby for their assistance and this move highlights the great links we have with Derby County.”
The club have also announced that striker Reon Benjamin-Potts has left, while Dominic Hale’s loan from Radcliffe has not been extended.
The Gladiators are also hoping to send Sean Higgins out on loan as he goes in search of more regular game time to support his development.
