Quorn bolster backline with new loan signing

Quorn AFC have announced the loan signing of 18-year-old Harvey Ridgley from Basford United until the end of the season.

The promising full-back bolsters The Reds’ defensive options as they challenge for a playoff spot with six games left in the season.

This will be Ridgley’s third loan spell since coming through The Lions’ academy. He’s had spells at Loughborough Dynamo and Long Eaton United.

Ridgley has made six appearances in the Pitching In Northern Premier Division for Basford this season, including a run of four straight between January and February, but will finish his season at the Loughbourough-based club.

Quorn AFC sit three points off of the final playoff place, and travel to Walsall Wood this Saturday.
