Rylands pull off stunning double signing
Warrington Rylands have announced the sensational capture of veteran forward Kevin Ellison and former Wigan Athletic left-back Jordan Mustoe.
Ellison, 43, has enjoyed an illustrious career across the football league, with over 800 career appearances to date.
He spent a large portion of his time in the professional game with Morecambe between 2011-22, scoring 81 times in 352 matches.
More recently, the Liverpool-born winger has been with Newport County, where he bagged three goals in 33 appearances.
He also boasts one sole Premier League appearance for Leicester City in 2001, coming on as a late substitute against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Meanwhile, Mustoe arrives at Gorsey Lane after enjoying spells playing in Romania, Sweden and Belgium.
The full-back, 31, also amassed 61 EFL appearances for Wigan Athletic, having come through the ranks at the Latics.
David McNabb’s newly-promoted side begin their 2022/23 campaign at home to Gainsborough Trinity on Saturday.
