Wynne made 24 appearances for Wythenshawe last season in the NWCFL and also featured for Runcorn Linnets in their Pitching In NPL West Division play-off semi-final win over Leek Town, standing in for the suspended Danny Taberner.
Prior to joining Wythenshawe, the shot-stopper spent time at Atherton Collieries, having signed for them in 2020.
He also enjoyed a two-year stint at Farsley Celtic and has been on the books of now National League side Altrincham.
After making the move to Bower Fold, Elliot said: “I’m really pleased to have joined the club. I feel this was the right move for me, joining a management team that I work well with.
“I’m excited to get going with the new team and having a great season!”
Manager James Kinsey said: “Elliot is a top, top keeper. He’s still at a great age and knows exactly what we expect from our goalkeeper.
“He’s class to have around the changing room too. He has experience from playing in a higher division and we know he will get even better with us as the season goes on.”
