Roscoe and Spooner have left the Tigers after expressing their desire to embark on new challenges at a higher level.
The news brings to an end Roscoe's four-year spell at the club. He wore the captain's armband for two seasons and led the Tigers to consecutive sixth-placed finishes.
Spooner, meanwhile, has spent just over two seasons with the club and made more than 100 appearances during that time.
He also captained the side towards the end of last season and led the club to Cheshire Senior Cup silverware thanks to a penalty shootout victory over Football League Crewe Alexandra in the final.
However, one player who will remain at the Project Solar Stadium next season is forward Jack Redshaw, who has signed a new two-year deal with the club.
Redshaw picked up the Players' Player of the Season award following the conclusion of a 2023/24 campaign which saw him score 19 goals in 45 appearances.
It has also been confirmed that Redshaw, who played a key role in their recent play-off pushes, will take over the captain's armband following Roscoe's departure.
Discussing the new deal, Redshaw said: “I’ve loved my time here so far. It’s been brilliant, and I’m delighted to have extended for another two years.
“We’ve obviously fallen short of the play-offs twice now, but hopefully we can go one step further next season.
“Brad has been brilliant for us and he will be a massive loss, but the armband has obviously become available and the gaffer has given me the opportunity to take it, so I’m really pleased.
“I’m someone who leads by example rather than being vocal and I’ve got a lot of experience which I can hopefully pass onto the younger players.”
