Hussain joins Coleshill as Williams departs

Coleshill Town have announced the signing of striker Zaqib Hussain as midfielder Ewan Williams leaves the club.

Hussain joins The Colemen on dual registration from Worcester City after signing a contract with his hometown club in June.

He initially came through the ranks at The Faithful and went on to play for Worcester Raiders, Redditch United and Pershore Town.

A prolific goalscorer, Hussain featured for Midland Football League side OJM Black Country last season, scoring 32 goals in 34 appearances.

Coleshill Town have also announced the departure of midfielder Ewan Williams following a seven-day approach from a Step 3 club.

He joined The Colemen in October 2022 from Atherstone and went on to make 36 appearances and scored four times, including a goal in the play-off semi-final defeat to Halesowen Town last season.
