Evo-Stik Northern Premier League statement

Following the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League AGM on Saturday 18th June, the league are delighted to announce that Angie Firth has been appointed as League Sectetary, succeeding Phil Bradley.

Angie is stepping up from her previous position as Assistant League Secretary, which she has held since joining the league team from FC Halifax Town.

Phil Bradley will continue with the league administrative team, both as a Vice President and as the Respect co-ordainator. Phil has had great success in this role over the past two seasons, winning consecutive awards from the Football Association for the league's Respect initiative.

Alan Allcock remains as the Operations and Sponsorship Manager, and is joined on the team of officers by Media Officer Tom Snee and John Jones, who has been introduced into the new role of Referees Liaison Officer. John enhances the league team with a wealth of experience both as a referee and an administrator, having worked with the Football Association as Regional Appointments Officer for the north of the country for many years.

The expansion of the team is part of the second phase of the League’s on-going Business Process review, created four years ago to upgrade the administrative systems, bring new expertise into the league, increase transparency and implement a robust succession plan.
