Six new arrivals for Grantham Town

Grantham Town have unveiled six new signings ahead of the upcoming Pitching In NPL East Division season.

Former Belper United goalkeeper Curtis Hall has arrived at the Gingerbreads, having featured in the United Counties League last season.

Joining him at the South Kesteven Sports Stadium is midfielder Kuwesi Ofushine, who scored both goals in the club's pre-season victory at Newark Town last week.

Ofushine, who previously spent time at Grantham earlier in his career, has also played his football in Sweden for KB Karlskoga and Degerfors IF.

Ex-Farsley Celtic man Sam Muggleton, Antiguan U21 international Jurelle Phillip, Hinckley midfielder Lewis Jones and former Yaxley right-back Pradeep Bahrey have also agreed terms with Matthew Chatfield's side.

The Gingerbreads' new arrivals come after the club narrowly avoided relegation last year, finishing 16th in the NPL East Division.
