Tigers kit man gets England call

There was some Northern Premier League representation at the international match between England C and Wales C on Tuesday night.

Worksop Town kit manager Ewan Coleman was part of Paul Fairclough’s management team for the game, held at Stebonheath Park in Llanelli.

Coleman was part of the set-up that saw the Tigers earn promotion to the Northern Premier League Premier Division last season as East Division champions.

A superb free-kick by Sion Bradley, who plays for former Northern Premier League club Caernarfon Town, on the stroke of half-time was enough to earn Wales a 1-0 win.

England C is made up of a selection of some of the best players from non-league, while Cymru C selects players exclusively from the JD Cymru Leagues.
