Accountants see profit in Town

Warrington Town have signed accountants Walker Begley as one of the Evo-Stik NPL Division One North club's new Vice President sponsors.

Walker Begley are accountancy and business support services specialists to large and small companies throughout the region.

They say they signed on after recognising the pride and feel-good factor a successful club like Warrington is bringing to the community.

Kevin Begley, one of the company’s Directors said: “It’s great that Walker Begley can be associated with Warrington Town Football Club. A lot of our business is done in the area and it’s great to be able to put something back into the community.

"I know how important football is to the community and to be associated with the club is a privilege for us. When we heard the club needed new sponsors, we jumped at the opportunity.”

Town's Chairman, Gary Skentelbery said: “We are pleased to have secured this sponsorship deal with Walker Begley, who have a great local presence themselves.

"Sponsorship is not only important but vital to the growth and success of any club, as it ensures we can maintain grounds and facilities as well as provide support for players. We look forward to seeing mutual success and benefits from the deal over the coming year.”
