Following his departure from Rylands back in September, the attacking midfielder had enjoyed a short spell with Bootle.
However, following a seven-day notice of approach from Marine, Scarisbrick will link up with the his new club as they prepare to face Gainsborough Trinity in the Northern Premier League this evening.
Marine manager Neil Young said: “Andy was someone who was one of the standout performers in the league last season. He scored 10+ goals from midfield and assisted more than that number.
“As we continue to evolve and improve our squad in this new division, Andy will add more quality to the squad, who have already made a good start to the season.”
Following his arrival, Scarisbrick said: “I’m extremely happy to join Marine. It’s a great club with a good fan-base and history, and I hope to be a part of it and play a part in hopefully achieving something good.
“Marine is a great club that is going places with a great set up, and I love how passionate the fans are and the way the club wants to go forward.
“That’s a massive factor because I want to be a part of trying to achieve something brilliant.”
