Leek Town are looking forward to taking on Leek CSOB on Sunday in a memorial match for their former skipper Chris McMullen who died of cancer last September.
McMullen, pictured, scored 30 goals in 405 appearances for the Blues as a central defender and led them out at Wembley in 1990 when they reached the final of the FA Trophy.
'Macca' also turned out for the First Division South's Old Boys and went on to manage the Blues before taking over as the club’s Chairman. Sunday's match kicks off at 2.00pm at Harrison Park and is being sponsored by Your Moorlands Housing Group.
