Blues sponsors beat Cup deadline

Frickley Athletic are celebrating a new shirt sponsorship deal ahead of tomorrow [Friday] night's FA Cup clash at Worksop.

Manager Karl Rose will send his team out in the First Qualifying Round clash with Yorkshire Interiors Limited emblazoned across the Blues' strip for the time after the deal was announced on Thursday.

The company signed a two season deal to sponsor Athletic's home and away strips and Blues Chairman Gareth Dando is delighted it was completed in time for the start of the Evo-Stik NPL Premier Division club's debut in this season's FA Cup.

He said: "I am delighted that a successful local firm such as Yorkshire Interiors have come on board as shirt sponsor. Paul Ainge of Yorkshire Interiors has been a Frickley fan for a number of years and its great that his company has agreed to sponsor the club in these difficult times."

Yorkshire Interiors Limited are based in South South Elmsall and are specialists in suspended ceilings and partition wall installations.
