Bramall, 20, joined the club after his release from Everton in the summer, and was previously with Chesterfield.
He said: "I’m really glad to be here and delighted to sign the contract. Matlock have given me the opportunity to be playing again and I’m really enjoying my football at the moment so signing the contract was a no-brainer."
Bramall set up the equaliser for Marcus Marshall in the 1-1 draw at Ashton United on Saturday.
Manager Steve Kittrick said: "He’s a very good player who’s done well for us so it’s important we’ve got him on contract and I’m delighted we have."
Meanwhile, the Gladiators have signed Chesterfield striker Luke Rawson on loan for a second time.
Rawson, 18, was with Matlock on a similar spell last season, and has also spent time with Sheffield FC.
