Brigg Town Manager Mick Gray’s preparations for the new season are going well.
The majority of last season’s young players have re-registered, and will have benefited from a full season in the Evo-Stik League.
The Zebras hope to increase their goal tally, with Ryan Paczkowski returning after a season with Gainsborough Trinity, and with the signing of Adam Lee – a proven goalscorer at steps 4 and 5.
Other players returning include crowd favourite Danny Buttle, and midfielders Ollie Chappell, Alan Lamb and international clearance is awaited for Jamie Steel.
Mick has also strengthened his backroom staff, with the appointment of Paul Fenwick as Assistant Manager. Paul a EUFA “B” licence holder has much experience, including several years coaching/management in the USA.
Steve Barrett, another EUFA “B” licence holder, as well as a degree in Sports science, takes up a coaching role.
Completing the line-up is Physio, Abigail Stothard, recently qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Physiotherapists.
