Chester FC defender joins Northwich on loan

Ollie Heywood has agreed a loan deal with 1874 Northwich from Vanarama National League North side Chester FC.

The 19-year-old signed his first senior contract with Chester earlier this year and has made seven appearances for the Seals so far this season.

Heywood will be looking to get some more game-time at Northwich before making his return.

The young defender is available for the Greens ahead of their fixture at home against Skelmersdale United in the NPL West Division.

Bowyer and Goodison’s side currently sit sixth in the league with eleven points from their first eight games this season and will hope the addition of Heywood can sure up their defence.
