Clubs meeting for final update

By David Watters

The EVO-STIK Northern Premier League's chairmen and secretaries are getting together near Leeds on Thursday night for the last of three regional meetings to update them on the latest plans and initiatives.

Taking place at the West Riding County FA’s headquarters in Woodlesford, the event follows similar meetings with sponsors, commercial partners and representatives of the the EVO-STIK NPL and the Football Association at Witton Albion's Wincham Park in September and Nottingham's Sandiacre Holiday Inn earlier in October.

As well hearing the latest commercial news from EVO-STIK NPL chairman Mark Harris, clubs are being updated by a number of officials on a range of issues including the FA's current review of the National League System and plans for expanding Pitchero Play's coverage of fixtures following the launch of their new highlights package for EVO-STIK NPL fans.

Other topics on the busy agenda include updates on the FA's licensing system, a sponsorship sourcing presentation and news from the FA Pitch Improvement Programme.
