Michael Clegg's side beat Coalville Town 2-1 on Wednesday night at Alfreton's Impact Arena with goals either side of the break from Joshua Messer on eight minutes and Jordan Cover after 65 before Nathan Watson pulled one back for the top flight's Ravens with six minutes to go.
The EVO-STIK League North winners, who only earned promotion to the league last season as North West Counties Football League champions, were presented with the cup and their medals after the showpiece final by Barry Greenlees from cup sponsors Integro and NPL chairman Mark Harris.
For the first time ever, nearly 8,000 fans who couldn't be in Derbyshire were also watching live on Facebook as beaten finalists Coalville Town went on to collect their medals. The start of the latest phase in the EVO-STIK League's NPLTV project, the final was broadcast on the NPL's official Facebook page thanks to a new partnership with 29red.com.
First: Wednesday's final was broadcast live on Facebook
The broadcast was laid on after April's 2018 NPL Player of the Year Awards attracted a worldwide audience of more than three hundred thousand views on Twitter and over ten thousand more on Facebook.
